It is possible to modify an order as long as it is not "in process".

It is possible to cancel your order if it is in the process of being prepared.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.

We are only able to accept a return in case of a proven product defect. Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment.

However, if your products have any kind of manufacturing defect, please send us a picture of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) along with your order number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

All our textiles are accompanied by a size guide to avoid this kind of inconvenience to our customers.

Our team takes care to measure each article and to add the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the products that are too small/large.
