The geta strapped in deep red and white blooms
The one splash of red in the range, and it lands beautifully. This geta tops its warm brown wooden base with hanao straps in deep burgundy and white — a flowing floral-and-vine motif in white on a rich red ground, the boldest color note in the whole collection. Striking, feminine and warm against the natural wood.
The base is pure geta: a brown wooden platform, grain showing warm across the top, raised on the two supporting teeth. The natural finish keeps it earthy, a grounded setting that lets the red straps take center stage. Rubber under each tooth gives grip on modern surfaces.
The straps are the highlight — deep deep red woven fabric, padded soft, printed with a white floral-and-vine pattern that winds across the top of the foot. - Machine wash cold, 30°C / 86°F maximum — heat is what fades and shrinks
- Turn the garment inside out and wash with similar colors
- Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent; skip the fabric softener on printed or embroidered pieces
- Do not bleach
- Hang to dry in the shade — avoid the tumble dryer, which is the fastest way to ruin the fit
- Iron on low heat if needed, and always inside out over prints or embroidery
- For anything delicate or unusual, follow the inner label first
