Japanese Style Pajamas 'Kikkoha' — When Detail Makes the Difference
At first glance, the 'Kikkoha' reads as a gray jinbei set. Look closer and the picture changes entirely. The collar, the cuffs, the pocket — all finished in a woven jacquard fabric carrying a traditional geometric pattern that has appeared in Japanese textiles for over a thousand years. The base fabric is cotton gauze in a cool, settled gray. Slightly crinkled, slightly textured, it provides exactly the right backdrop for the contrast panels to do their work. The jacquard trim runs along the crossover front, frames the three-quarter sleeves at the cuff, and wraps the front pocket.
