Delivery then takes 10 to 21 days depending on your location. Allow 20 to 30 days for the United States and Canada. (These times do not take into account possible delays caused by administrative decisions such as: customs checks, strikes, or other circumstances that are beyond our control).

A tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email to track your package on our website.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you are not there, the package will be left in your mailbox or will be handed over to your local post center or the nearest relay point to your home.
