The kimono that plants a garden from the hem up
The print starts at your feet and climbs. Hanayo runs pink blossom and slender grasses up from the hem toward the waist on a cream-to-pink ground, the bottom-weighted layout classic kimono prints use to draw the eye down to where the pattern is densest. A deep teal obi cuts across it with the one cool note.

A little care goes a long way with these pieces. To keep colors deep and fabric intact:
- Machine wash cold, 30°C / 86°F maximum — heat is what fades and shrinks
- Turn the garment inside out and wash with similar colors
- Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent; skip the fabric softener on printed or embroidered pieces
- Do not bleach
- Hang to dry in the shade — avoid the tumble dryer, which is the fastest way to ruin the fit
- Iron on low heat if needed, and always inside out over prints or embroidery
- For anything delicate or unusual, follow the inner label first
