Gold Long Kimono Robe with Pagodas, Geishas and Ukiyo-e Scenes
Kogane is the old word for gold — the leaf used on byobu screens, the thread woven through obi sashes for centuries. The kimono catches that lineage. A warm gold satin holds Edo-period scenes in soft pinks and greens — pagodas, geishas, festival imagery — broken by white cloud panels that open the composition. It reads less like a print and more like a screen folded around the body.
The cut follows the traditional silhouette: wide three-quarter sleeves, a deep V-collar, a hem that opens with each step. One size, made to wrap and tie at the waist with the included obi sash.
